Cancellation Policy

At Syncsa, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your services with us. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your services with Syncsa.

Cancellation of Services
Notice Period: To cancel any ongoing service, clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice. This allows us to finalize any pending work and ensure a smooth transition.
Written Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@syncsa.com. Please include your account details and the specific services you wish to cancel.
Effect of Cancellation
Service Termination: Upon receipt of your cancellation request and after the 30-day notice period, all services associated with your account will be terminated. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation process is complete.
Outstanding Invoices: Any outstanding invoices must be settled before the cancellation can be processed. Failure to do so may result in the delay or denial of your cancellation request.


No Refund Policy
Prepaid Services: Syncsa does not offer refunds for any prepaid services or fees. This includes monthly retainers, project fees, or any other charges paid in advance.


Ongoing Campaigns: Any ongoing campaigns or services that have been prepaid will continue to run until the end of the billing cycle or project term, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions.
Early Termination


Fixed-Term Contracts: For clients on fixed-term contracts, early termination may incur a penalty fee as outlined in your service agreement. This fee is intended to cover any losses incurred by Syncsa due to the early termination of services.


One-Time Projects: For one-time projects, cancellation after work has commenced will result in a charge for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This charge will be determined based on the agreed project rate and the amount of work completed.


Data and Deliverables

Data Transfer: Upon cancellation, Syncsa will provide you with any deliverables and data associated with your project or campaign. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have downloaded and saved all necessary files.
Data Retention: Syncsa will retain your data for 30 days following the cancellation date. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
